If we fill up after this period we will go to a lottery for acceptance. We are a free public elementary school to be located at the old Publix site on Knox McRae in Titusville.

After Care: 3:00pm - 6:30PM

Students attending Legacy Academy Charter will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will equip them to learn and to contribute to the 21st century economy.

Notice of Meeting of Board of Directors


Legacy Academy Charter, Inc.

The Board of Directors of Legacy Academy Charter, Inc. will hold Special Meeting on, Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. EST at the Legacy Academy Charter location, 1923 Knox McRae Drive, Titusville, FL  32780.  The Board will be utilizing Communications Media Technology (“CMT”).  The CMT used for Board members not attending in person will be the following conference call-in number 1-877-366-0711, Passcode 86071029#.

The meeting will be open, and accessible to the public, and residents will be provided an opportunity to attend in person in Brevard County at 1923 Knox McRae Drive, Titusville, FL  32780.

Legacy Academy Charter, Inc., a non-profit organization, will comply with chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, relating to public records, and s. 286.011, relating to public meetings and records, public inspection, and penalties the Florida Statutes relating to public records and public meetings.
